Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with a strong background in sales cycle management, program management, and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership
- Lead end-to-end management of the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
- Plan, execute, and oversee key sales programs and projects to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with teams such as marketing, product, and finance to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams to ensure alignment, support, and smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with lenders to facilitate smooth transactions, financing, and other sales-related activities.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage funnel follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication with leads, prospects, and customers.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, sales milestones, funnel progression, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive, customized sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and drive program success.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track sales cycle performance, project outcomes, and KPI metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the MIS and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in full sales cycle management and program management.
- Proven expertise in leading and optimizing sales processes and utilizing MIS for business insights.
