IT Sales Manager Opportunity
At Optimal Virtual Employee, we are seeking an accomplished IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Canada and UK regions. As a key member of our team, you will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales enablement platforms to drive sales success.
- You will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, while building strong relationships with clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and qualify potential clients in the US and UK markets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
