Overview:

The External Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the outbound sales operations for Preceptors' IT and Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This position is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals to contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting: Initiate and maintain outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  2. Lead Identification: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and other proactive sales activities.
  3. Sales Presentation: Present products or services to potential customers.
  4. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals.
  5. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  6. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing customers.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to effectively achieve organizational goals.
  9. Adherence: Adhere to sales processes and procedures.
  10. Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales process.
  11. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  12. Sales Reporting: Report on sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
  13. Professional Development: Participate in sales training and development programs.
  14. Sales Strategy: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and tactics.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Relevant Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
  3. Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
