Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Inoventive IT services pvt. Ltd. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers and actively sourcing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  2. Source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  3. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  4. Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
  5. Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  6. Create a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  7. Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or graduation.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
