Job Summary

As a Sales Strategy Manager at ICCS, you will play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, with at least 5-7 years of experience, and 2-3 years of experience in a sales management role. Your primary responsibilities will include conceptualizing and developing sales strategies, managing outbound sales motions, supervising sales teams to achieve sales objectives, and creating an assertive sales culture. You will also be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training, participating in call monitoring, and undertaking activities to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conceptualize and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Manage outbound sales motions to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Supervise sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
  4. Create an assertive sales culture.
  5. Design, develop, and deliver sales training.
  6. Participate in call monitoring to understand business conditions and develop strategies.
  7. Undertake activities to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Candidate should have at least 5-7 years of outbound sales experience and 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
