Sales Strategy Manager

Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Strategy Manager at ICCS, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing sales strategies, including offers, scripting, campaign timing process changes, and more. You will manage both outbound sales motions and supervise Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage outbound sales motions and supervise Account Managers.
- Set and monitor team metrics and goals.
- Design and deliver sales training programs for associates.
- Participate in regular call monitoring to ensure quality and understand current business conditions.
- Undertake activities and projects to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement operational and sales tools for team leaders and account managers.
- Control attrition and maintain a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of outbound sales experience and at least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
