Sales Business Development Representative

About the Role
The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. Using a consultative approach to sales, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers of Inoventive IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to drive business growth.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to foster a loyal customer base.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' quota-carrying IT sales experience.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems to optimize sales performance.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
