Sales and Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales functions in the field of ophthalmology. You should have comprehensive knowledge of business practices in IOL and excellent organizational and administrative skills. You will also need to demonstrate high levels of professionalism and integrity, as well as the ability to persuade and influence others.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Establish and manage business development and sales activities
- Meet business targets set during the development of business and marketing plans
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects with the sales team
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales functions in the field of ophthalmology
- Comprehensive knowledge of business practices in IOL
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- High levels of professionalism and integrity
- Able to persuade and influence others
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
