As a Digital Sales Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the social media market, developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our social media services and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion skills and a customer-focused approach to sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
