This role requires candidates to work from 6 pm to 2 am remotely.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end renewal process, working closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upsells, and expansion within existing customer accounts.
- This includes owning and executing outbound efforts to generate expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to maximize account value.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of renewal and expansion revenue.
- Generate regular reports on account health, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms for renewals and expansion opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- 9+ years of experience in direct sales as an Account Executive in customer success/account management as an Account Manager, or in a related field within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
