Our ideal candidate will be a skilled Renewal Specialist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, responsible for administering and achieving software renewal sales targets. Key responsibilities include analyzing monthly and quarterly renewals, providing timely responses to queries, and maintaining and increasing active clients for software renewals.

Key Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in selling software subscriptions, renewals, and AMC programs
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and achieve software renewal sales targets and deadlines
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly renewals in accordance with existing clientele
  • Be the point of contact for queries and provide timely responses on process-related to licensing, ordering, and pricing
  • Analyze, maintain, and increase active clients for software renewals
  • Understand KPIs designated by OEM and track progress periodically for successful execution
