We are looking for an experienced Renewals and Recovery Manager to lead our renewal efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerce, inside sales experience, and exceptional communication skills.

Job Description:

We seek a skilled professional to develop and execute strategies that achieve revenue targets, analyze data, and negotiate with existing customers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying customer concerns, and implementing recovery strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining renewal forecasts, pipeline management, customer relationships, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in renewals or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commerce Graduate
  • Experience in Tally or related ERP

Estimated Salary: ₹6-8 lakhs per annum

Location: Bangalore
