We're seeking a highly motivated Renewal Business Growth Specialist to thrive in our dynamic go-to-market deal support environment. As a key member of our global deal team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to ensure the long-term success of our customers.

About the Role

This is a highly visible and collaborative role where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Branch's growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to support account teams in renewing and expanding existing business relationships across the globe.

  • Work closely with account teams to develop and execute renewal strategies
  • Manage contract paperwork cycles, drafting, reviewing, and coordinating order execution
  • Engage in customer conversations to understand budgets, stakeholders, requirements, and approval processes
  • Defend against competitive pressures and identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling
  • Maintain data hygiene and track renewal status for weekly management of pipeline, forecasting, and executive reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and other support teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the renewal process
  • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a renewal role within a SaaS-based organization
  • Confidence in managing customer quoting and contracts
  • Strong customer-facing skills with negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of accounts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during month/quarter-end and provide coverage across global time zones

This role will be based at our Bengaluru office and follows a Hybrid schedule aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
