Your Impact:
In this role as Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a critical part in driving customer growth and protecting our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) streams. As a key member of the EMEAI Renewals team, you will be responsible for renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and channel partners across India, focusing on Enterprise accounts.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our customers and partners are highly satisfied with our services, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and other functions as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal sales: Work on a daily and weekly basis in a structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry-leading renewal rates with customers and partners.
- TARGET achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth and renewal rates.
- Process improvement: Drive Renewals sales rigor and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast and update daily in Salesforce CRM, providing timely and relevant information for management decisions.
- Customer/partner queries: Manage all Renewal-related customer/partner queries in a timely manner, maintaining high quality standards.
- Weekly calls: Participate in weekly forecast calls with internal management to provide an accurate picture of current quarter Renewals.
- Quote review: Review Renewal quotes for accuracy before submitting to customers/partners.
- Upselling: Drive ARR value increases by upselling into existing accounts.
- Contract changes: Calculate Renewal offers and execute mid-term changes to contracts, preparing quotes and sending them to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience, minimum 5-8 years.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, mandatory.
- Detailed orientation and structured approach to daily work.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, particularly at quarter-end.
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, with a focus on developing successful relationships.
- Proven analytical skills, with experience in tools like Power BI, Excel, Clari, and QlikView advantageous.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Bengaluru or preferred locations: Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Chennai.
