US Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Senior Inside Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and make a significant impact in the cloud-based DRaaS market.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our company through innovative sales strategies. You will identify and pursue high-growth opportunities, develop and execute tailored sales strategies, and nurture and upsell/cross-sell relationships with existing partners.
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers within partner organizations. You will provide regular updates and insights to ensure partners are informed about our offerings and progress.
The estimated salary for this position is around $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. This compensation package reflects the level of expertise and dedication required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to acquire new business logos and expand our reach.
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing partners to maximize revenue potential.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue quota goals.
- Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Coordinate with partners to develop and execute effective business plans aligned with sales objectives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to ensure partners are informed about our offerings and progress.
- Market Engagement:
- Develop thought leadership content to position our company as a leading provider in the DRaaS market.
- Engage with influencers and thought leaders in the industry to raise awareness about our brand and offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage this knowledge to inform our sales strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success and minimum 3 years of US based sales experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the managed service provider / channel partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Zoho CRM, Voice, Sales Navigator.
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with selling cybersecurity or cloud-based solutions to the US/North American market.
- A strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
