About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
      - Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
  • Market Analysis and Prospecting:
      - Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and market trends relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Policy Presentation and Negotiation:
      - Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, explaining insurance solutions and negotiating policy terms and conditions to secure deals.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
      - Ensure accurate and complete documentation of policies, contracts, and client information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
This position requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
