We are seeking a dynamic Travel Insurance Sales Manager for a field sales role in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of field sales experience and a passion for driving B2C sales of travel insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Engage with potential customers in high-traffic areas that are allocated to you.

• Sales Generation: Sell travel insurance policies, explaining coverage and benefits.

• Lead Generation: Identify leads via cold calling, referrals, and direct interaction.

• Client Consultation: Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.

">

• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

">

• Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term relationships.

">

• Market Research: Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market trends.

">

• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in B2C field sales (insurance, financial products, or similar).

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

">

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Hyderabad.

• Education: High school diploma required; graduates preferred.

Mandatory:

• 2-wheeler and valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience.
