As an Assistant Manager - Sales in SecureNow Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by converting prospects into valued customers in the corporate insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and qualify potential corporate clients through proactive lead generation efforts.
  2. Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  4. Demonstrate leadership and teamwork by effectively managing your sales pipeline and supporting team members as needed.
  5. Employ a problem-solving approach to address client concerns and objections, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of corporate sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Previous experience working with insurance brokers or direct selling within insurers is highly desirable.
  • Strong drive and independence in handling client interactions and leading teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
