Job Title: Sales Manager (HVAC andMEP Company)

JobSummary: The Sales Manager will lead the sales team anddrive revenue growth for an
HVAC (Heating Ventilationand Air Conditioning) and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and
Plumbing) company. The Sales Manager will be responsible fordeveloping sales strategies
managing key accounts andachieving sales targets. This role requires strongleadership
skills a deep understanding of the HVAC andMEP industry and a proven track record in
salesmanagement.
Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy andPlanning:
  • Develop andimplement sales strategies and action plans to achieve companysales targets and objectives.
  • Identify markettrends customer needs and competitive dynamics to drive salesgrowth.
  • Conduct market research andcompetitor analysis to identify opportunities for businessexpansion.
  • Collaborate with the managementteam to set sales targets and allocate resourceseffectively.
2. Team Management andLeadership:
  • Lead motivate and manage the sales team toachieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide coaching training and professional developmentopportunities to enhance the team's performance.
  • Set clear sales goals monitor performance and provideregular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team cultureencouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.

3. Key AccountManagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withkey accounts understanding their needs and ensuring customersatisfaction.
  • Develop and implementstrategies to expand business with existing clients and securelongterm partnerships.
  • Conduct regularbusiness reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities forupselling and crossselling.
  • Resolve customerissues or concerns promptly and effectively.

4. BusinessDevelopment:
  • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities target markets and potential clients.
  • Generate leads conduct sales presentations and negotiatecontracts to secure new projects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateralpromotional materials and targeted campaigns.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network andpromote the company&; products and services.
5. Sales Forecasting andReporting:
  • Monitor andanalyse sales performance market trends and customer feedback tomake datadriven business decisions.
  • Preparesales forecasts budgets and reports for the managementteam.
  • Provide regular sales reports includingpipeline analysis conversion rates and revenueprojections.
6. Collaboration andCommunication:
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineeringoperations and finance to ensure smooth project handover andcustomer satisfaction.
  • Maintain effectivecommunication with internal stakeholders providing updates on salesactivities customer feedback and market trends.
  • Participate in sales and strategy meetings contributingideas and insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inbusiness administration Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similarsales leadership role within the HVAC and MEP industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems products andservices.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skillswith a track record of achieving or exceeding salestargets.
  • Excellent leadership team managementand coaching abilities.
  • Strong businessacumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customersand key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and sales reporting tools.
