JobResponsibilities:
Meeting FunnelManagement:Develop and implementstrategies to effectively manage the sales funnel ensuring a steadyand qualified flow of opportunities.
Sales Closure:
Lead the sales team in closing deals and achieving revenuetargets.
Oversee the negotiation and contract processensuring favorable terms for both the company and theclient.
ClientRetention:
Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients to ensure high retentionrates.
Identify opportunities for upselling andcrossselling additional services.
Client Onboarding:
Collaborate with the on boarding team to ensure a seamlesstransition for clients from sales to implementation.
Prospecting:
Implement effective prospecting strategies to identify and engagepotential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitor activities to refine prospecting approaches.
RevenueEnhancement:
Identify and implementstrategies to enhance overall revenue through strategicpartnerships new product offerings and pricingoptimization.
Hunting:
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and key accountsthrough targeted outreach and relationship building.
Team Leading:
Leadmotivate and mentor the sales team to achieve individual andcollective targets.
Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide constructive feedback.
CrossFunctionalCoordination:
Collaborate with otherdepartments such as marketing product development and customersupport to ensure a unified approach and seamless customerexperience.
