  2. NewAgent Acquisition &Development: Formulatingplans for targeted area coverage devising strategies to onboard newagents within specified timelines and managing contractualagreements with them.
  3. Key AccountManagement: Creatingand executing sales strategies for key accounts meeting salestargets negotiating trade terms and maximizing sales throughcrossselling/upsellinginitiatives.
  4. Sales InformationSystem: Utilizing salesdata to analyze trends and plan future sales activities moreeffectively.
  5. CompetitionManagement: Monitoring competitors activities andproviding feedback to enhance our ownstrategies.
  6. Trade Terms &Sales Operations:Finalizing trade agreements and ensuring smoothorder processing supply chain management and paymentcollection.
