Manager - Business Development

Role andResponsibilities:
- Acquirenew customers in the midmarket or SMB/SME categories and convertleads into sales.
- Generate sales by sellingadvertising subscriptions.
- Prospect potentialclients and meet sales targets managing input metrics anddeliverables.
- Prepare shortterm and longtermsales plans approaches and strategies.
- Achieverevenue targets in line with team/organizationalobjectives.
- Manage client relationships andcreate effective client strategies to drive cross/upsellrevenue.
- Build and manage outbound businessdevelopment pipeline.
- Identify target accountsand establish best practices for converting leads tosales.
- Stay updated on market trends andcompetitors intelligence to drive the growth of the allocatedmarkets.
CandidateQualifications:
- Proventrack record in endtoend sales cycle including prospectingsolutioning consulting negotiating and relationshipmanagement.
- Experience in productfocused salesand an organized approach to work.
- Stronginterpersonal skills and ability to understand customerrequirements.
- Strong business acumen andproduct expertise in Saas and Adsales.
- Priorexperience in field sales.
