Role Description

LOTS Lawyer On the Spot is seeking an experienced andresults-driven Franchise and Reseller Sales Manager with abackground in logistics and supply chain.

Theincumbent will be responsible for developing and implementingeffective sales strategies to drive franchise and reseller growthand profitability.

This role requires a strongunderstanding of logistics and supply chain processes and theability to build and maintain relationships with Franchisees andResellers.

The successful candidate will play acrucial role in expanding LOTS Lawyer On the Spot's footprint inthe legal & Automobile industry.

KeyResponsibilities

a) Franchise and Reseller SalesStrategy:

  • Develop andexecute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive franchise andreseller growth, focusing on logistics and supply chain industryprofessionals.

b)Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchiseesand resellers, analyzing market trends and competitors to identifykey opportunities for expansion.

c) Lead Generation andQualification:

  • Generate leads through various channels such asnetworking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events.Qualify leads to determine their suitability as franchisees orresellers.

d)Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potentialand existing franchisees and resellers, acting as the primary pointof contact and providing ongoing support and guidance.

e) ContractNegotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise and reselleragreements, ensuring alignment with company policies andobjectives.

f)Training and Support:

  • Coordinate training programs for franchisees andresellers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools toeffectively promote and sell LOTS Lawyer On the Spot'sservices.

g) SalesPerformance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze sales data to measure performanceagainst targets, identify areas for improvement, and implementcorrective actions when needed.

h) Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, includingmarketing, operations, and legal, to align strategies and ensureeffective implementation of sales initiatives.

i)Reporting:

  • Prepareregular reports and presentations on sales performance, markettrends, and competitor activities for management review.

j) IndustryEngagement:

  • Attendindustry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promoteLOTS Lawyer On the Spot's franchise and reseller opportunities andstay updated on industry developments.
Qualifications

a) Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,logistics, or a related field. A master's degree is aplus.
  • Proven experience in franchise andreseller sales, preferably within the logistics and supply chainindustry.
  • Strong understanding of logisticsand supply chain processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverserange of stakeholders.

b) Desirable:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and executesales strategies, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze,and interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated andresults-driven with a proactive and innovative approach tosales.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitaskeffectively.
  • Willingness to travel as neededfor meetings, industry events, and other business-relatedactivities.
