As we continue to grow we are seeking a skilled IT SupportSpecialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring thesmooth operation of our IT infrastructure with a focus on CRMintegrations andsupport.
KeyResponsibilities:
SalesLeadership:
- Develop andimplement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets andexpand our customer base in the B2Bsegment.
- Lead nationwide sales team members toachieve sales goals setting individual sales targets as part of thesales plan.
- Identify andtarget potential clients building and maintaining stronglonglasting customer relationships.
- Negotiatecontracts and close agreements to maximizeprofits.
- Understandthe trends and needs of the Indian market customizing salesstrategies accordingly.
- Collaborate withmarketing team to identify opportunities for new clientacquisition.
- Mentor anddevelop the sales team overseeing performance and providingfeedback.
- Hiring the Sales Team under theirleadership.
- Coordinate with the internal teamfor product training and updates to ensure the sales team is ontrack.
- Prepare andpresent regular sales reports forecasting future sales and formingsales strategies.
- Utilize ClientFlowX CRM srobust analytics tools to track sales performance and identifyareas forimprovement.
Requirements:
- Provenexperience in B2B sales preferably in the CRM or related softwareindustry.
- Strong leadership skills and theability to manage and motivate a salesteam.
- Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRMpractices and sales performancemetrics.
- Masters degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or relevantfield.
- Ability to travel asrequired.
