Job DescriptionSalesmanager

Requirement

A SalesManager should be a seasoned sales professional with a stronghunter / closer profile.

The candidate isresponsible for identifying strategic business opportunities andimplanting business.

Development strategies inlarge accounts for the organization to generate revenue and achievesales objectives.

This position requires aperson who has the ability to recognize opportunities developrelationship along with the advanced sales experience tosuccessfully negotiate and close deals.

Thisindividual contributor position is responsible for generatingbusiness at new BIG accounts and/or expanding opportunity atexisting or dormant clients across territories.

This role requires a Senior person with a proven trackrecord of consultative selling on the Microsoft platform solutionselling of cloud technology solutions and building trustedrelationships with CLevel decision makers and businesspartners.

This position will have quarterly andannual financial targets that must be met in order for theorganization to attain projected revenue targets.

Rolesand Responsibility

  • Prepare a quarterly action plan to identify specifictargets and projected sales revenue for each quarter.
  • Work with Marketing to identify potential existingcustomers or new customers to target.
  • Identifyprospects and new contacts (existing or new accounts).
  • Need to build connections/networking with the localindustries and getting in touch with the right people at potentialclient end.
  • Participate in marketing eventssuch as seminars trade shows and marketing events.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from fieldactivity.
  • Attend sales meetings attend eventsmonitor monthly sales quotas and follow up.
  • Lead qualification through applying BANT (budgetauthority need time).
  • Manage youropportunities to achieve volume and speed.
  • Responsible for setting up meetings between clientdecision makers and relevant Strategic Account Sales lead SalesProfessional and/or Competency Leads when appropriate.
  • Needs to work at Vadodara and travel to nearby industrialbelt including Ahmedabad as per business needs.

MIS &Reports:

  • Update theinternal CRM and pipeline on a timely manner and prepare requiredreports.
  • Prepare a variety of status reportsincluding activity closings followup and adherence togoals.
  • Submit weekly progress reports andensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure that data isaccurately entered and managed within the companys CRM or othersales management system.
