TheHead of Demand Marketing will plan build and run inbound andoutbound demandgenerating programs for domestic and internationalmarkets to drive and accelerate pipeline growth. You will help useto define execute measure and refine a creative compelling andeffective marketing revenue strategy for our growing enterprisesoftware solutionsbusiness.
Whatyoull do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy todrive qualified leads customer acquisition and revenue growth forcompanies procurement software. Identifytarget audiences and key market segments to focus marketing effortseffectively. Plan implement and optimizemultichannel marketing campaigns including digital marketingcontent marketing email marketing social media events and otherrelevant channels. Implement lead scoringmodels and processes to identify highquality leads for salesconversion. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teamsand implementing an effective feedback loop to optimize leadgeneration improve pipeline acceleration and maximizesales Experimenting and optimizing differenttactics and consistently meet or exceed sales pipeline and revenuegoals. Utilize data analytics and marketingautomation tools to measure the effectiveness of marketingcampaigns and make datadriven decisions. Continuously optimizemarketing strategies based on performancemetrics. Analyze marketing program outcomesin detail drawing insights and presenting results clearly to informdecisionmaking. Develop and manage thedemand generation budget effectively optimizing spend to maximizeROI. Allocate resources appropriately toachieve marketing objectives. Conduct marketresearch and competitive analysis to identify market trendscustomer needs and opportunities for differentiation. Also useinsights to inform marketing strategies andpositioning.
Whatyoullbring:
5Years of Experience in a demand generation leadership rolepreferably in the B2B enterprise software space or a complextechnical market with longer sales cycles.Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversionrates across the sales and marketing funnel.Demonstrable success delivering earned (SEO/SEM website email) paid(PPC event sponsorships social) and owned channels (web webinarpodcast) demand generation programs. Directexperience managing SDRs or proven success in working closely withSDRs teams. A desire to work both at astrategic level and tactically on projects andcampaigns. Strong problemsolving anddecisionmakingskills
