Job Profile: Facilities Executive
Job Requirements: Minimum 3 to 4 years Experience inIT/ITES KPO Industry with knowledge on House
KeepingElectromechanical Services Material Movement for SEZ Entry / ExitProcess Store Maintenance
and CafeteriaServices
Job Responsibilities:
Ownership of Daytoday administration activities. Monitoring ofHousekeeping and Electromechanical
services relatedactivities. Interacting with the pest control for carrying out thepest control activities at
the facility as per agreedschedules. Interacting with Housekeeping and Electromechanicalmanpower
suppliers to discuss on issues / requiredimprovement if any. Taking facility rounds and find out snagsand
coordinating with concerned departments to closesame follow up and close the complaints received
fromemployees. Effectively manage Facility team to ensure an on timedeliverable system. Routinely
Inspect all services toensure performance measures are being maintained. Provideassistance to FM in all
administrative functionssecurity issues and Facility services and any other administrativefunctions
deemed by Client. Oversee the pantry equipmentoperations during the day and identify issues and take
necessary actions. Communicate to FM on all incidents issues andpending problems. Take rounds of the
facility regularlyto identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions.Managing Cafeteria with
the help of Food Aggregator.Coordinating with Food Aggregator to review Menu items andapplying
necessary changes to break monotonous taste.Coordinate with Business teams for Space Management.
Soft services stores and stocks to be maintained. Indent monthlyrequirements for soft services as per the
months budget.Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development. Maintain AssetRegister. Processing of
vendor Invoices.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in buildingor facilities management is preferable.
Excellent peopleskills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staffand demands
Knowledge of occupational safetyrequirements.
Strong PC literacy and proven ability tomanage daily activities using various systems.
