Primary RoleDescription The Manager Salesis in charge of developing business solutions. The main goal is togenerate more revenue for the company. The incumbent will bea gogetter and will utilize all the support that the companycanprovide to develop a rich pipeline ofgreat prospects through a combination of inbound lead follow up andoutbound email & call prospecting. The incumbent shallthrive on relationshipbased sales and will be a selfstarting teamplayer who will focus on driving growth with new and existingaccounts.
KeyRoles and Responsibilities Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increasedbusiness. Acquisition of new clients tomanage their HCM & HR Consultingrequirements. Should map potential customersand generate leads; Responsible forbrandpromotion and leadconversions Responsible for post salesservices and client relationship managementResearch and build relationships with newclients. Develop a growth strategy focusedboth on financial gain and customersatisfaction. Managing and retainingrelationships with existing clients and increasing clientbase. Arrange business meetings withprospective clients. Promote the companysproducts/services addressing or predictingclientsobjectives.Writing business proposals & Negotiating withstakeholders. Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to lawestablished rules andguidelines. Conduct research to identify newmarkets and customer needs. Keep records ofsales revenue invoices etc. Providetrustworthy feedback and aftersalessupport.

Qualification& Experience Bachelors degree in business marketing or relatedfield. 8 10 years relevant experience inSales / Marketing / BD of HCM andotherproducts &services Ability to interact with diverseclients Ability to understand Payroll HRIS;Legal and Compliance Services.
