  1. RelationshipManagement:
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships withfranchisees.
  • Act as the primary point ofcontact for franchisees and address their inquiries concerns andfeedback.
  • Conduct regular checkins withfranchisees to assess their needs andsatisfaction.

  1. ComplianceandStandards:
  • Ensurethat franchisees adhere to the brands standards policies andoperating procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits toassess compliance and provide guidance onimprovements.
  • Implement training programs toeducate franchisees on brand standards and bestpractices.

  1. Communication:
  • Facilitateeffective communication between the franchisor andfranchisees.
  • Organize regular meetingsconferences or workshops to share updates and bestpractices.
  • Distribute relevant informationmarketing materials and guidelines tofranchisees.

  1. IssueResolution:
  • Addressand resolve disputes or conflicts between franchisees and thefranchisor.
  • Work closely with other departmentsto ensure timely resolution of operationalchallenges.

Qualificationsand Skills:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Management or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in franchisemanagement or a similar role.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability tointerpret financial data.
  • Knowledge offranchise laws regulations and industrytrends.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meetwithfranchisees.
