What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and inspire a talented kitchen brigade
- Design and develop innovative seasonal menus that wow our guests
- Maintain impeccable standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships with precision
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management to deliver seamless dining experiences
- Foster a positive, high-energy kitchen culture that values creativity and teamwork
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume or fine-dining environment
- A passion for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and culinary innovation
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and menu planning
- A team player with the ability to stay calm under pressure and inspire others to do the same
