The Chinese Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to menu development. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Chinese culinary techniques, flavors, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Expertise: Prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, soups, and desserts, following established recipes and techniques.
Innovate and experiment with new dishes while maintaining the essence of Chinese cuisine.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef or Executive Chef to develop and update the restaurant's Chinese menu.
Suggest seasonal and trendy variations to keep the menu fresh and appealing to customers.
Ensure that the menu offerings cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions.

Food Presentation:Pay meticulous attention to food presentation, ensuring dishes are visually appealing and adhere to the aesthetics of Chinese cuisine.
Utilize garnishes, sauces, and plating techniques to enhance the visual appeal of each dish.

Kitchen Operations: Oversee the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes during service hours.
Monitor food quality, taste, and consistency to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.

Food Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling, storage, and cooking of ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Training and Leadership: Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques and presentation.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Inventory and Supplies:C ollaborate with the kitchen management team to manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients, spices, and condiments used in Chinese cuisine.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
