We are looking for a skilled Commi 1 (Chinese Cuisine) to join our culinary team. The role involves preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine (wok, dim sum, soups, sauces, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Support senior chefs in menu execution and new dish trials.
- Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in Chinese kitchen (wok & dim sum preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, sauces, and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Team player with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
