**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Cook to support our kitchen team in food preparation and kitchen maintenance. The Assistant Cook will help ensure that meals are prepared efficiently, safely, and to high standards of quality and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to recipes and instructions.
- Wash, chop, and store vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
- Support the head cook or chef in managing kitchen tasks during busy hours.
- Help with plating and presentation of food before service.
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Dispose of waste and manage stock rotation.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg).
- Comfortable working in hot and busy kitchen environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
