**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per the guest house menu and guest preferences.
- Cook a variety of dishes including Indian (veg & non-veg), Chinese, tandoor, and basic Continental.
- Ensure timely preparation and quality presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
- Manage inventory of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and report shortages.
- Handle food storage properly and ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of utensils and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Assist in planning new menu items based on guest feedback and seasonal availability.
- Take initiative during busy periods and handle kitchen operations independently when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cook or chef in guest houses, hotels, or restaurants.
- Ability to prepare dishes across multiple cuisines.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work morning/evening shifts and during weekends or holidays.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
