About the Role

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who's ready to take the lead and make a real impact. As our General Manager, you'll be the face of the restaurant — overseeing all daily operations, leading a motivated front-of-house team, working closely with the Head Chef, and ensuring every service runs seamlessly. You'll bring a balance of operational excellence, leadership finesse, and a deep love for hospitality.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate a passionate front-of-house team to deliver top-tier service
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to align kitchen and service goals
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective planning, promotions, and cost control
  • Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory with attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and licensing regulations
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to create a strong, positive culture
  • Represent the restaurant's brand with pride and professionalism in the local community

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Assistant GM, or similar role in a busy restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — you lead by example and inspire confidence

  • The ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day hands-on leadership
