Key Responsibilities:
One Point of contact (SPOC) and represent Eruditus in front of their assigned Institutes.
Coordinate and escalate with internal teams for all the queries/issues/escalations raised by the school.
Maintain touch base and relation with school MDP/LDP/CEP/Etc., Professors, Program Directors, and school staff.
Seeking and Sharing new program launch updates and PDS closures with school MDP/LDP/CEP/Etc.
Look for an opportunity to increase business, and inform the internal BD team as per scope and requirements to look into the possibility.
Analyze and evaluate competitor programs and data
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Masters preferred)
Candidates with prior experience with Institutes and coordination with professors are preferred.
Minimum Work 05 years of relevant work experience required.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced and adaptive environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and professional
Experience working for a global company.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills, email writing skills, and active listening.
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Customer-centric approach
Detail-oriented and efficient
