About the RoleThis role involves being the point of contact for assigned Institutes, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining relationships with school staff, professors, and program directors. You will also seek and share new program launch updates and PDS closures, analyze competitor programs, and evaluate data.
You will work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment. Key skills required include strong verbal and written communication skills, phone handling skills, email writing skills, active listening, knowledge of program management procedures, time-management skills, customer-centric approach, detail-oriented, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Institutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for queries/issues/escalations raised by schools.
- Maintain relationships with school MDP/LDP/CEP/Etc., Professors, Program Directors, and school staff.
- Seek and share new program launch updates and PDS closures.
- Analyze and evaluate competitor programs and data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Masters preferred).
- Prior experience with Institutes and coordination with professors is preferred.
- Minimum 05 years of relevant work experience required.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone handling skills, email writing skills, and active listening.
- Knowledge of program management procedures.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
Salary Estimate: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum based on location and experience.
