We also have a dedicated team based out of our US office in Baltimore, Maryland, catering to clients in the US and Canadian markets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director Solutions who will be responsible for driving sales efforts to expand and grow our business in specific or all of the following geographies: India, Europe, Singapore, Middle East, and US.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and closing large B2B deals in software solutions and services markets, both in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present PrimeSoft's software solutions / services to existing and prospective customers
  • Drive efforts to expand and grow in a specific or all of the following geographies: India, Europe, Singapore, Middle East, and US
  • Proactively identify significant opportunities in the territory by assessing customer requirements, consulting with them on company offerings, and managing their needs and expectations
  • Closing sales with a widely diverse set of prospects, each with unique needs ranging from corporate to government
  • Develop compelling proposals to address customer pain points with help from the technical team
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets of self and team
  • Manage, mentor & guide the sales team towards successful sales outcomes
  • Define and execute sustainable entry into new markets or segments, by leveraging partner networks or connections

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Preferred location is Mumbai, but other locations like Bengaluru and Hyderabad are also acceptable.
