Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Safety Sales Executive to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of sales principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
- Sell HSE Integro's suite of safety products and services, including staff training courses, audit services, process safety studies, and other consultancy services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the safety or risk management sector.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Salary Range
