Strategic Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to join our team at CareerXperts Consulting.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position within our high-energy cyber software company, leading the rapidly expanding Threat Exposure Management market. You will be responsible for:
- Diving deep into enterprise security, meeting prospective clients to uncover their most pressing cybersecurity challenges, and showcasing the game-changing capabilities that set us apart.
- Collaborating with top-tier experts across the organization to build formidable teams and contribute to shared innovation.
- Influencing product development and driving dynamic growth.
- Leading the charge in your region, managing the full sales pipeline, targeting key accounts and verticals, and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Leveraging cutting-edge sales tools, strategies, and resources to consistently hit or exceed sales quotas and revenue objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise security software sales, preferably with vulnerability management expertise.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Advanced proficiency in delivering customized, high-impact demos that resonate with technical and executive stakeholders alike.
- The ability to navigate complex security needs with a consultative, solution-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of direct, relevant experience, and the agility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with sales tracking tools and the capability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
- A willingness to travel up to 35% as required to engage clients and partners.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
