Account Manager for BFSI Sector

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to lead our client service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance to align with their goals.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Project Management & Execution: Management of end-to-end project operations, from initial briefing and planning through execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare status updates, and report on project KPIs to stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, optimize resources, and increase efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring all projects adhere to company quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular analysis of client servicing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Advertising agency background mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing or account management
- Knowledge of BFSI sector is an added advantage
- Proven track record of delivering successful client projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to drive improvements.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
