Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Collabera.

About the Role

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate Opportunities: Identify potential clients and cultivate opportunities for the development of the business.
  • Target Potential Clients: Plan strategies to target potential clients and customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Create a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts.
  • Meetings and Follow-ups: Set up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails and follow up to secure deals.
  • Client Communication: Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass them to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct extensive market research on all potential clients.
  • Customized Sales Strategies: Develop customized targeted sales strategies for each client.
  • Business Generation: Coordinate business generation activities to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed annual sales goals.

About You

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Persuasive and Goal-Oriented: Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to motivate yourself to achieve targets.
  • Outgoing and Friendly: Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work independently.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry.
  • Pressure Handling: Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
