GyanDhan, India's first education financing marketplace, is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Representative - Education Sector, you will play a critical role in forging strong partnerships with study abroad admission consultants and driving student referrals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new consultants, building relationships, and ensuring 100% student referrals to GyanDhan. You will work closely with consultants to understand their needs and preferences, providing them with personalized solutions to meet their goals.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new study abroad admission consultants, securing 100% student referrals to GyanDhan
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing consultants through regular meetings and networking events
  • Achieve referral targets by working closely with consultants and their students
  • Gather insights from consultants on student preferences, market demands, and competitor offerings to improve service and partnership strategies
  • Organize and participate in events, webinars, or seminars to educate consultants and their students about GyanDhan's offerings
  • Act as the key point of contact for any consultant-related queries or issues, resolving matters in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or relationship management, preferably in the education or finance sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and persuasively to consultants and partners
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory to meet consultants and partners face-to-face
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure consultants exclusively refer students to GyanDhan for financing solutions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Salary Information:

Based on industry standards and the requirements of the role, we offer a competitive salary range of ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
