We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Phone/Chat Sales Representative to join our team at Versa Drives Private Limited, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and guidance while driving sales by managing inbound and outbound phone calls and chat inquiries from prospective customers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with India's first super energy-efficient ceiling fan brand, Superfan. As a Phone/Chat Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable Superfan models. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with your ability to build rapport with customers, will ensure seamless decision-making experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and chat inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Provide detailed product information about Superfan's ceiling fans, highlighting features and benefits to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Superfan models.
  • Address customer concerns and queries to ensure a seamless decision-making experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Superfan's product range, technical specifications, and pricing.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone or chat to generate interest and drive sales conversions.
  • CRM Management: Record and track customer interactions, leads, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Education: Any college degree.
  • Experience: 0-3 years.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi will be an added advantage.
