Job Title: Sales Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Associate to join our team at Collabera.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, identifying and securing potential clients, and developing customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new business relationships with potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to secure new accounts
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities and create a sales pipeline
  • Coordinate business generation activities, including lead research and qualification
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry trends
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation and prospect management
  • Cold calling experience and previous experience as an inside sales representative
  • Ability to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
