Sales Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Associate to join our team at Collabera.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, identifying and securing potential clients, and developing customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new business relationships with potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to secure new accounts
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities and create a sales pipeline
- Coordinate business generation activities, including lead research and qualification
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and industry trends
- Self-motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation and prospect management
- Cold calling experience and previous experience as an inside sales representative
- Ability to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
