About the Role

Dreamfoot is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth by expanding our reach to business owners, partner agencies, corporate communication heads, and CMOs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with our company, services, target market, and domain of operation.
  • Conduct thorough research on business opportunities, target markets, and domains of operation.
  • Compose effective business communications through written emails.
  • Identify new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients on social media or through cold calling.
  • Negotiate with inbound leads, gather project requirements over phone or video call, and qualify leads.
  • Create tailored presentations and proposals for clients based on their objectives.
  • Prospect for new opportunities, identify leads, pitch clients, and generate sales for Dreamfoot.
  • Develop strategic relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  • Design and improve marketing and sales materials to support the business development team in closing deals.
  • Prepare sales contracts while adhering to established laws and guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage data using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new offerings that increase revenue from existing accounts.
Candidate Requirements
  • A graduate degree with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English (this is a requirement).
  • A results-driven individual who can handle target-based compensation.
  • Highly skilled in researching solutions and business development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Office, G Suite, and CRM software like Hubspot and Zoho.
  • Experience in prospecting using software like Apollo and Signal Hire will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month based on experience.

This is an in-office role located in Vadodara, Gujarat. Only apply if you are willing and able to work from the office.

The working schedule is 6 days a week, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off, and working hours from 8 am to 5:15 pm.
