Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and align with organizational objectives. This role plays a crucial part in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and ensuring employees are equipped to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design and Delivery:

  • Develop and deliver impactful training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to cater to various skill sets and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess and address team-specific training needs, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.

Training Coordination:

  • Schedule, organize, and oversee training events, conferences, and workshops, utilizing resources efficiently.
  • Act as the primary liaison between trainers, employees, external providers, and management, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and outcomes using our Learning Management System (LMS).

Employee Growth and Development:

  • Monitor employee participation in mandatory training programs, including core values and compliance requirements.
  • Identify skill gaps and work with employees and managers to address them through targeted learning initiatives, enhancing overall job satisfaction and performance.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Regularly update training content and delivery methods to reflect best practices and organizational changes, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Research and implement innovative learning tools and techniques to enhance training effectiveness, supporting our mission to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a training coordination or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related training tools, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging employees and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in designing and managing e-learning programs, incorporating interactive elements and multimedia content.
  • Familiarity with employee performance management systems (PMS), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of modern training methodologies and digital learning platforms, enabling the development of innovative and engaging training initiatives.

Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
