Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our team on a full-time basis at TFCS KITCHEN SOLUTIONS LTD "CHEF-HIRE" in Vadodara. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our F&B services like Chef for cafe & restaurant, gourmet spices, Chef-Hire Table's Booking, and Onboarding of Vendors who provide culinary experiences. Building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our F&B services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent sales and marketing skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and market research in Vadodara.
