About the Role

We're looking for a sales professional who can effectively collaborate with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate opportunities for business development, identify potential clients, and create targeted sales strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts
  • Identifying and securing business opportunities
  • Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
  • Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails
  • Acknowledging incoming communications and passing them to the sales representative or account manager for response
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Conducting market research on potential clients
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Providing detailed responses to client inquiries and follow-up questions
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

  • Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  • The ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Cold calling experience; Previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience
  • The ability to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally
