About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our web and mobile apps development services to global businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling and promoting products & services to both existing and potential clients, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
  • Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Monitoring competitors' sales activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets by identifying new revenue streams.
  • Cold calling potential clients to introduce our services and build relationships.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities to inform business decisions.

About You

  • You have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • You possess a strong ability to overcome objections from potential clients and close deals.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, field sales, or related fields.
  • You are self-motivated and have a proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • You are proficient in English and any regional language to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the region.

What We Offer
